In 2021, we launched a scheme to help support our neighbours and well loved small businesses after the hideous whirlwind of the pandemic.
4 years on, a lot has changed. Peoples habits and attitudes towards the high street has changed. Our High Street, along with many across the UK are faced with empty units, endless roadworks and minimal parking. This has gradually forced people to head to online shopping or visit other locations. Its a double edged sword. People want a thriving high street but without visitors, this wont change overnight. 65,180 businesses closed in quarter 3 of 2024.

We want to showcase the many reasons to visit our wonderful town and the many amazing businesses you should support. Use them or lose them.

Visit your favourite independent. We know times are tough but those you can't spend with, please tell people about them and share their posts online. That's free!!!

2: SEVEN DAYS
After your purchase, visit our tearooms within 7 days with your dated receipt and the total dictates your reward. Afternoon Teas will need to be booked within 7 days and can be redeemed up to 28 days later.

3: ENJOY
You've played a part in keeping our High Street alive. Enjoy your reward, you deserve it. Don't forget to tell your friends and review all businesses.
